A note from your therapist.
Welcome! I am so happy for you to have started your therapeutic journey. Whether you are just browsing and dipping your toes in the water, or ready to dive in head first, I am proud of you. Reaching out isn’t easy. I am here to support you along the way and encourage you that healing is possible! My goal is to offer you a space where you can safely process emotions and work through life’s difficulties in a comfortable environment.
I value working collaboratively to meet you where you are, whether that means simply venting or diving deep into healing the subconscious. No matter what you are looking for, I try my best to stay present during each session through the lens of compassion.
I approach therapy with the idea that all feelings, behaviors, and thoughts have healthy intentions. I like to work towards understanding why your symptoms are present and how we can meet your needs in a healthier way. This stems from my strong background in IFS therapy. Visit my resources page for more info on the modalities I use.
Additionally, I believe that establishing a trusting, comfortable, and non-judgmental setting is vital to therapeutic success, so feel free to reach out and schedule a free consultation to see if we may be a good fit. Regardless of why you are seeking therapy, I believe that you are worthy, strong, and capable of getting better. Hope to see you soon!
